Microsoft Office 365 provides access to all of the Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more). Students are advised that the license for use of Office 365 is contingent upon continued enrollment at Pasco-Hernando State College and the continuation of the licensing agreement to the College by Microsoft.
Students are further advised that upon termination of the license agreement between the College and Microsoft or upon termination of the students enrollment at the College, documents stored within the Office 365 may not be accessible to the student.
Students should be prudent in the storage of documents in the Office 365 environment and should maintain a copy on another, personal source or device.
The College shall not be responsible for any document lost or irretrievable through Office 365 under any circumstances.
Directions for Installation
Please follow the steps below to access Office 365 and download Office 2016 for Windows and Mac/Apple computers.
- Step 1: Sign into the myPHSC and select Office 365 from the home screen. You will be prompted to sign in with your PHSC email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and password.
- Step 2: Access Office Online (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and download the full Office suite.
- Step 3: Download Office 2016 for Windows and Mac/Apple computers (the download link will be available after your account has be verified, this could take up to 24 hours during the College’s normal hours of operation).
Remember to use the Self Service Password Reset system to update or change your password for Office 365. Directions on how to change your password and set up your password responses as well as how to reset your password if you ever forget it can be found on the Login Instructions page.
