Virtual Proctoring Statement of Use for Students

It is the instructor's right to deny a student a make-up exam or the use of online proctoring. Students taking online courses with a required proctored exam(s) must take their exam(s) at a scheduled time and on the scheduled PHSC campus in a secure testing environment.

Virtual Proctoring Requirements

Students opting to use the online proctoring service must supply all of the required items.

Special Note: The proctoring service is not compatible with any mobile device (i.e., iPad, iPhone, Chromebook, Samsung Galaxy, etc.). Be sure to check out the RPNow system requirements to ensure you are ready to take your exam.

Guides and Walkthroughs

Instructors should view the RPNow LTI Instructor Application Quick Start Guide to learn how to create a virtual proctor exam. Additional support can be found on the RPNow University website.

Prior to taking a proctored exam, students should review the RPNow Test Taker University how-to-guides or videos available to them to ensure a successful experience. For additional online proctoring support call RPNow.

Any student whose disability falls within the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and requires accommodations should contact Student Accessibility Services at PHSC.
